What we collect

When you enquire, book a session, or submit a form — on this site or through one of our advertisements — we collect the name, phone number and email address you give us, along with any details you volunteer about the session you want.

We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how this site is used: pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, and device type.

If you sit for a session, we hold the photographs taken and any delivery or gallery links associated with them.

How we use it

To contact you about your enquiry or booking, to send appointment confirmations and reminders, to deliver your photographs, and — only where you have separately opted in — to send occasional offers and news about sessions.

Marketing consent is always optional. Declining it does not affect your booking, your session, or the photographs you receive.

SMS / text messaging

By providing your phone number and giving consent, you agree to receive text messages from Floulex Studio at the number provided. Consent is obtained directly from you through a form on this website or at the time of booking, and is never purchased, rented, or obtained from a third party.

Two consents are collected separately. Service messages cover your booking — confirmations, reminders, and changes to a session. Marketing messages cover offers and news, and are entirely optional; declining them does not affect your booking, your session, or the photographs you receive. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You may also email us to be removed at any time.

Who we share it with

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.

We share it only with the service providers that make the business run: our booking and customer-management platform, our email and text delivery providers, our website host, and the advertising platforms we use to reach people. Each processes your information on our behalf under its own terms.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Photographs

We may show photographs from a session in our portfolio, on this site, or in advertising, unless you tell us not to. Say the word — before or after the session, by email or text — and we will not publish your images, and will remove any already published. There is no deadline on that request and no reason needs to be given.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses privacy-respecting analytics and, where advertising is running, the Meta advertising pixel to measure whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. You can block these with your browser settings or an ad blocker; the site works normally either way.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking records are kept while the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Photographs are kept so that past clients can request their gallery again. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email howard@floulex.com and we will act on it.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Sessions involving minors are arranged with a parent or guardian.

If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new date above.
